The Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) and a group of chefs led by Gastón Acurio have developed an educational project in the field of gastronomy. The goal is to foster a new generation of innovative, creative professionals who are committed to their communities and capable of advancing the gastronomy industry.
This new educational initiative aims to prepare young people to meet the challenges of the culinary industry. Graduates of this program will be able to design and implement innovative experiences that meet the needs of an increasingly discerning and well-informed public while also fostering social progress through inclusive and equitable relationships with the various stakeholders in the production chain.

Duration
This 3-year program allows you to earn 3 diplomas
1st Year: Basic Gastronomy
2nd Year: Advanced Gastronomy
3rd Year: Culinary Arts / Gastronomy Management
