Peru is home to numerous vestiges of one of the six civilizations that laid the foundation for humanity’s current development. Along with varied and attractive landscapes and an astonishing diversity of ecosystems, this heritage represents a clear comparative advantage over other countries on the continent.

However, without trained professionals, without research, and without subsequent preservation and promotion, this advantage will go to waste; the rich heritage will be compromised, and much of it will disappear due to the inevitable expansion of urban areas, industry, and agriculture. PUCP offers you the opportunity to become a researcher, promoter, and manager of this heritage, which you will achieve based on a deep understanding of the pre-Hispanic past and supported by rich and varied practical experiences in the field and in the laboratory.
