He is responsible for organizing a smooth and efficient administration that supports the University’s core activities, which are education, research, and community engagement. In this way, he seeks to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of faculty, students, administrative staff, and others through administrative services.

Monica Bonifaz Chirinos
She is a senior professor in the Academic Department of Management Sciences, holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the Consortium of Peruvian Universities, with a specialization in Innovation and Management in Higher Education, and a Master of Science in Information Management from the University of Sheffield (United Kingdom).
She has been a fellow of the British Council, Erasmus, ITP-Schools (International Program for Teachers of Management Schools), and the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service).
At our university, she served as dean of the School of Management and Executive Leadership, head of the Academic Department of Management Sciences, and director of Continuing Education.
In addition, she has served as a regional expert for the DAAD’s International Deans Program, a member of the board of directors at Perú Petro, corporate manager of Communications and Sustainability at HSBC Bank Peru, and user manager at Osiptel.
