She is a senior professor in the Academic Department of Management Sciences, holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the Consortium of Peruvian Universities, with a specialization in Innovation and Management in Higher Education, and a Master of Science in Information Management from the University of Sheffield (United Kingdom).

She has been a fellow of the British Council, the Erasmus program, ITP-Schools (International Program for Teachers in Public Administration Schools), and the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service).

At our university, she served as dean of the School of Management and Executive Education, chair of the Academic Department of Management Sciences, and director of Continuing Education.

In addition, she has served as a regional expert for the DAAD’s International Deans Program, a member of the board of directors of Perú Petro, corporate manager of Communications and Sustainability at HSBC Bank Peru, and user manager at Osiptel.
