Since its creation in July 2014, this office within the School of Law has reflected the commitment of students, faculty, and administrative staff to contribute to the personal development of those who wish to pursue a career in law. To strengthen access to justice, the OARS carries out high-quality training, research, outreach, and legal social responsibility initiatives.

Alberto Cairampoma
Full Professor. Ph.D. in Law from PUCP. Master’s degree in Economics and Public Service Regulation from the University of Barcelona, Spain. Law degree from PUCP. Member of the Peruvian Association of Administrative Law and founder of the Administrative Law Research Group (GIDA-PUCP). Member of the Ibero-American Association of Regulation (ASIER) and the Ibero-American Association of Energy Law (ASIDE). He has served as an attorney in the Natural Gas Oversight Division and as Chair of the Board of Directors of OSINERGMIN, as well as an advisor to the President of INDECOPI and to the Office of the President at PUCP. He has served as Chair of INDECOPI’s Consumer Protection Commission No. 3 and as a member of OSIPTEL’s Dispute Resolution Tribunal.
