It is responsible for the University’s supply chain; specifically, it oversees the processes of procurement, warehousing, asset management, and distribution. It also directly handles the procurement of services, consumables, furniture, and non-IT equipment. Additionally, it conducts bidding processes that require the involvement of Selection Committees upon request, in accordance with the University’s current procurement guidelines and, where applicable, international regulations.
