Ph.D. in Psychology from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and M.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration from the PUCP. His research interests include political complexity and decision-making, interdisciplinary research methods, and the analysis of public policy using computational methods.
