This unit’s primary function is to direct, carry out, and oversee activities that facilitate the proper administrative operation of the University and its decentralized bodies. It proposes institutional administrative policies, regulations, and procedures to the Office of the President to ensure effective administration. It also fosters good working relationships among administrative staff.

Gladys Omura Shironoshita
She holds a degree in industrial engineering from PUCP and a master’s degree in business administration from the Universidad del Pacífico. She is a faculty member in the Department of Engineering. She has managerial experience in economic and financial management, as well as budget formulation and control at universities. She has been responsible for leading projects of significant impact and institutional importance.
