Center for Research, Training, and Legal Advisory Services (Cicaj)

Since 2003, this subunit of the Academic Department of Law has promoted, managed, and carried out academic research activities in various areas of law using an interdisciplinary approach. It also offers continuing education courses and certificate programs, as well as consulting services and legal advice to national and international organizations.

Betzabé Marciani Burgos

Director

A lawyer who graduated from PUCP and holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain). She is a professor in the Department of Law at our university. She is the author of the books *Tolerance and Rights: The Place of Tolerance in the Constitutional State* and *The Right to Freedom of Expression and the Theory of Preferential Rights*, as well as various research articles.
