A service unit dedicated to helping individuals and organizations in civil society, as well as in the public and private sectors, prevent, manage, and transform their conflicts into opportunities for development. Composed of an interdisciplinary team, the CARC provides services in out-of-court conciliation, arbitration, dispute resolution panels, training, and consulting. In this way, it contributes to a culture of peace in Peru.

Marlene Anchante Rullé
She holds a master's degree in psychology and a Ph.D. in anthropology from PUCP. She has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses at our university. She specializes in conflict analysis, prevention, and management. She has also conducted various assessments and monitoring efforts related to conflicts involving mining, hydrocarbon, and hydroelectric power plant projects.
