It is dedicated to educating scientists and engineers across 15 degree programs, which are distinguished by their high academic quality and their contribution to the progress of the organizations where they work. In this way, it trains professionals of integrity who are capable of participating in interdisciplinary teams, leading collaborative projects, and applying strong analytical and creative skills. Francisco Rumiche
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from PUCP, as well as a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago (U.S.). He is a faculty member in our university’s Department of Engineering and the coordinator of the PUCP Materials Characterization Center. He has extensive experience in research projects involving nanostructured materials and materials for biomedical applications.
