Its role is to plan, develop, execute, and oversee infrastructure construction and renovation projects both on and off campus. To this end, it takes into account internal procedures, permits, licenses, and technical standards. It is also responsible for managing the maintenance of the University’s infrastructure and that of its satellite campuses.

He holds a degree in industrial engineering from PUCP and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University. A senior executive with more than 30 years of experience, his previous positions include general manager of DP World Logistics; director of projects, sustainability, and government relations at DP World Callao – DP World Peru; and director of passenger services at Perurail – Ferrocarril Transandino.
