Its role is to advise the University’s governing bodies on the promotion, establishment, and development of relationships with national and international institutions. In this regard, it oversees programs such as student and faculty exchanges, exchange programs for international students, and the international agreements platform, among other initiatives.

Attorney and holder of a master’s degree in Legal Research from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). Associate professor in the Department of Law at PUCP. Expert in private international law and international arbitration, as well as in the direction, management, technical assistance, coordination, and implementation of projects and agreements involving international cooperation. She has 37 years of professional experience and 28 years of experience teaching international law at the university level. Expert in leading teams with efficiency, proactivity, ethics, and responsibility in the performance of their duties.
