The Pontifical Catholic University of Peru recommends that its students enroll in insurance plans that cover contingencies that may arise and affect the normal course of their university studies. Enrollment in these insurance plans is voluntary.

Personal Accident Insurance

This insurance covers medical expenses resulting from accidents that students may suffer, as well as accidental death, funeral expenses, disability, and other coverage related to the parents or the person responsible for paying tuition to the PUCP, within the limits set by the respective policy.Enrollment is voluntary and takes place during registration.

For the 2026-1 semester, we will continue to work with the insurance company La Positiva Seguros.

Continuation of Medical Care with CHUBB SEGUROS:
If you are currently undergoing treatment covered by CHUBB Seguros, you should contact the Insurance Office. 

Education Savings Insurance

This insurance covers the student's tuition costs in the event of the death or total disability of the person responsible for paying their tuition, within the limits set by the respective policy.Enrollment is voluntary and takes place during registration.

Cancer Insurance

This insurance covers health care, surgeries, or cancer treatments for enrolled students, within the limits set by the respective policy.Enrollment is voluntary and takes place during the registration process.
