The Psychological Well-Being team supports students as they adjust to college life, contributing to their personal, social, and emotional development through the implementation of effective services that foster an environment of support, respect, and confidentiality.
Objectives
• Implement mental health promotion activities that foster the development of learning strategies, emotional regulation, and healthy social interactions.
• Develop prevention activities that address specific risk factors that may affect the process of adapting to university life.
• Offer support services and psychological counseling, providing students with a space to develop tools and strategies for self-management of their social-emotional needs and academic adaptation.
