Through its Institute of University Teaching, PUCP offers training to improve university teaching through orientation programs, courses, and workshops designed for PUCP faculty (professors and field instructors). In addition, it produces audiovisual materials to guide faculty in their daily work and publishes the annual journal *En Blanco y Negro*, which features interviews, reflections, and articles on teaching in various academic fields.
