Six group rooms for students and faculty in the School of Social Sciences (undergraduate and graduate). In these spaces, you can request supplies such as markers, chalk, erasers, and TV or DVD cables.

Procedure

• Rooms can be reserved up to two days in advance through the Virtual Campus.
• They can be used for two hours a day or six hours a week, with the option to extend that time based on demand.
• Reservations for rooms remain valid for up to ten minutes after the selected time.
• Cancellations for room reservations must be made at least one hour in advance. Otherwise, the reserved hours will be charged even if they are not used.

Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
