
The course is designed for project managers in any field and for anyone who wants to learn how to plan and manage a project effectively using Microsoft Project, with a focus on timelines, costs, and resources.
Microsoft Project is a project management tool that assists with the planning, design, and monitoring of projects, allowing you to define each task and establish dependencies between them.
It defines and assigns the resources involved in a project and provides the tools to monitor and control it. The course will be conducted in real time using the ZOOM videoconferencing tool and is supported by the INFOPUCP educational platform.
