Warehouse and Inventory Management Training Course

In this course, you will learn to apply best practices for strategic inventory management, incorporating techniques and tools for analysis that contribute to the proper management of inventory turnover, accuracy, and security. Poor practices in warehouse and inventory management can pose substantial risks to organizations. For example, in 2015, according to a study of more than 25,000 companies and distributors conducted by the Spanish Association of Commercial Coding, unknown losses resulted from external and internal theft at rates of 61% and 23%, respectively.

In 2017, the magazine AméricaEconomía reported that, according to Mexico’s National Institute of Statistics and Geography, an average of 2.5 crimes were committed at each Mexican company; the most common crime was petty theft, followed by the theft of supplies or money. It is clear that proper warehouse management will make it easier to implement best practices within the organization, with the goal of effectively controlling inventory.
