Magíster en Gestión y Política de la Innovación y la Tecnología e Ingeniero Industrial en la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). Diplomado en Dirección de Proyectos en el Instituto para la Calidad de la PUCP. Docente y Coordinador de Vinculación y Transferencia de la Tecnología del Departamento de Ingeniería de la PUCP. Con experiencia en gestión de la innovación y la tecnología en los ámbitos académico, empresarial y de gobierno. Se desempeña como consultor de INNOVAPUCP en temas de innovación y competitividad y como mentor de la incubadora de empresas (NEXUM-PUCP). Líder Técnico del proyecto "Agenda de Innovación Tecnológica de la gastronomía peruana" (APEGA, 2016) y fue Director Regional de Comercio Exterior y Turismo del Gobierno Regional de Lima (2008-2010).
