Ex Presidente de la Junta Arbitral de Consumo y ex Secretario Técnico(e) de la Sala Especializada en Procedimiento Concursales.Ex Vocal del Tribunal de Solución de Controversias del OSIPTEL y ex funcionario del OSIPTEL.
