Dr. Katherina Kuschel studies women expatpreneurs in international acceleration programs at CENTRUM Graduate Business School (Peru). She has postdoctoral training in Canada and Germany. Her current research interests are enabling entrepreneurial ecosystems for women, fundraising, technology ventures, sustainable business models, entrepreneurial failure, and ¿subjective¿ measures of success. Besides leading a research group on work-life issues among entrepreneurs, she participated as guest editor at the International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal on Women Entrepreneurship within STEM fields and a Routledge edited book entitled The Wellbeing of Women in Entrepreneurship.
