In Silico Design and Structural Optimization Using Artificial Intelligence Models for the Synthesis of New Antiviral Compounds and the Determination of Their Anti-Dengue Activity Using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance.

This project proposes the design and identification of inhibitors of dengue virus RNA polymerase using artificial intelligence-based tools and computational molecular screening. In silico inhibitors will be synthesized and tested in-vitro evaluated.
