Mohamed Mousa is a Professor of Human Resources management at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (Peru), a former Associate Professor of Management at WSB University (Poland), an Associate Editor in the Journal of Management Development, an Associate Editor in Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Administration, an Associate Editor in Cogent Business & Management and a former Assistant Professor of HRM at Rabat Business School (Morocco). His prior research has been published in well-known management journals including Personnel Review, Employee Relations, International Journal of Public Administration, International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management, Equality Diversity and Inclusion: International Journal, Higher Education Quarterly and Public Organization Review
