Urban Logistics Resilience assessment for Freight Transport by simulating Disruptive Events

Resilience assessment on port road networks, under disruptive events, is a key issue related to urban logistics. This work tackle about an original simu-lation method to assess resilience using macro and micro simulation based on stochastic theory. The results allow knowing the resilience capacity of net-work. In this article, the most influential network links around influence produced by a logistics transport avenue in Lima-Peru are determined and for the resil-ience measurement a function that includes redundancy and robustness of the system is proposed as a performance measure
