Tras mi doctorado en Bonn en 1992, trabajé en las empresas WILO, en Dortmund y BORGERS, en Bocholt. En el año 2007 comencé a trabajar como profesor en la PUCP. A partir del 2010 trabajo además como científico asociado en el Instituto de Radioastronomía de la PUCP.
