The Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú is a private university founded in 1917. It has the largest foreign exchange system, mobilizing more than 350 students per year and is home of the most modern facilities in the country. It also employs many of Peru´s most renowned professors, most of whom take part in the political, cultural and scientific affairs of the country. Their works are not only academic, but also have social impact.
The Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú has a main campus site with more than 45 hectares and many other facilities located throughout Lima, which specialize in academic, scientific and cultural research.
The Pontificia Universidad Católica carries out student exchange programs with more than 40 universities in Europe, 40 in Latin America, 8 in the United States, 4 in Canada and 4 in Asia.
