Student Insurance

The Pontifical Catholic University of Peru recommends that students enroll in an insurance plan that covers contingencies which might occur and that could affect the normal progress of their university career. Enrollment in these insurance plans is voluntary.

Personal Accident Insurance
Insurance recommended by the University and which covers the costs for recovery from accidents that the student might suffer, as well as coverage for accidental death, burial expenses, disability, etc. for the parents or the person responsible for paying the students expenses at PUCP, within the limits set by the respective policy. Voluntary enrollment during registration.

Educational Income Insurance
Insurance recommended by the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and which covers the cost of the student's studies in the event of the death or total disability of the person responsible for payment of the student's university expenses, within the limits set by the respective policy. Voluntary enrollment during registration.

Cancer Inscurance
Insurance recommended by the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru that covers the costs for healthcare, operations or treatments for cancer for the enrolled student, within the limits set by the respective policy. Voluntary enrollment during registration.
