Overview

University Social Responsibility proposes a different and promising manner of action, both within and from a university environment. It seeks to transform the different processes and aspects of university life, basing its action on a management that focuses on the reciprocal, sustainable and effective connection between the University and its social and natural environments.

Thus, the University not only enriches its processes of generation, transmission and application of skills and knowledge, but also enhances its active and inescapable role in the promotion of sustainable human development.

This approach to management reflects a commitment to work to ensure that all the actors involved in the different university activities, or affected by them, both internal and external, work together in a synergistic manner and receive the benefits of the same.

A university that is managed in a socially responsible manner experiences continuous transformation and participates in social change.
