General Studies

The General Studies programs at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru offer students a scientific and humanistic cultural foundation, allowing them to successfully pursue their professional studies and cultivating the students’ own personal growth.

General Studies - Sciences
Program for prospective students wishing to pursue degrees in the sciences or engineering. It offers a strong basic education in the exact and natural sciences, providing students with the knowledge necessary for pursuing a particular major and offering them a foundation that allows them to understand and assimilate scientific and economic advances throughout their academic and professional careers.

General Studies - Liberal Arts

Teaches students the appropriate methods and habits of study for pursuing higher education studies, providing them with knowledge and information that will be of great use in understanding humanity and its problems. It therefore offers courses that provide an indispensible humanistic and scientific foundation, as well as activities that properly complement this education.
